Description
Of sturdy stainless steel construction, mounted on rubber feet to absorb vibrations. The stainless steel bowl is supported on a large friction bearing that provides great stability in movement.
The control panel is a push button panel where the blade and bowl speeds are selected. It is also equipped with a digital thermometer on the blade cover to measure the temperature of the product.
The electrical equipment is integrated in the machine.
The knife head can be disassembled, which facilitates the exchange of different knife heads with different number of knives.
Equipped with a manual anti-noise cover that effectively reduces the noise level of the machine and slows down the speed of the blades when it is opened.
The opening of the cover is blocked while the blades are rotating.
Maintenance of the machine is simple thanks to quick access to all machine drives and centralized greasing.
These machines incorporate a variable speed blade motor that operates at 5 preset speeds that can be adjusted according to the product to be produced, it also has a slow speed that makes the bowl revolve in the opposite direction to the cut and enables the product to be mixed without cutting or damaging it. This combined with the three bowl speeds allows any product to be produced with superior quality. It works from mixing speeds up to high speeds which allows to adapt to the needs of each product:
- Slower speeds and no cut-off for precise mixing.
- Faster speeds to achieve emulsions and obtain the desired consistency.
- High speeds that cut smaller particles to better release proteins and aromatic substances from the meat, improving quality and homogeneity. These speeds are also useful for transforming pork or poultry rinds into fine pastes.
The use of this machine considerably reduces energy consumption as smooth starts and speed changes avoid current peaks.
