Carriage Options

  • BSCSP Carriage:

    • Features a single motorisation on-board with automatically recharged batteries, enabling film pre-stretching from the beginning of the wrapping process.
    • Provides fixed pre-stretch values up to 300%, with optional kits available for different pre-stretch ratios.
    • The containment force on the pallet is controlled by a reactive system with an analog sensor.

  • USCSP/2 Carriage:

    • Equipped with double independent DC motorization on-board, powered through an electric current generator and ultra-capacitors.
    • Offers variable pre-stretching between 150% and 400%, adjustable via the control panel.
    • Allows up to 12 containment force values on the pallet, with control through an inverter system.
    • Incorporates CUBE Technology™ Level 1 for advanced load containment.
